Mardiono Mardiono has been working as a Data Analyst Ast. Manager at PT. Simba Indosnack Makmur since August 2014. In this role, Mardiono oversees the development and use of data systems, analyzes data to produce reports for making business decisions, and coordinates with IT to ensure technology supports department goals. Mardiono also designs new processes based on data findings and develops training programs for employees. Prior to their current role, Mardiono worked as a HR Supervisor at PT. Akasha Wira International, Tbk. Mardiono holds a Sarjana Komputer degree in Sistem Informasi from Universitas Nusamandiri achieved in 2014.
