Xiaofeng Zhao

Xiaofeng Zhao, DVM., PhD, is an experienced immunology and pharmacology expert currently serving as the Head/Executive Director of Immunology, Inflammation & Infectious Diseases at 先声药业 since October 2017. With a strong background in drug discovery and translational science, Xiaofeng has held multiple senior director positions in pharmacology and biology, contributing significantly to oncology and immuno-oncology research as a Principal Investigator at The State Key Laboratory of Neurology and Oncology Drug Development. In addition to academic roles as an adjunct postgraduate supervisor at China Pharmaceutical University and Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, Xiaofeng actively collaborates on projects at Jiangsu Industrial Technology Research Institute. Previous industry experience includes leadership positions at WuXi AppTec and Galecto Biotech, with foundational research conducted during doctoral studies at The University of Edinburgh.
