Beatrice Perotti McQueen

Beatrice Perotti McQueen has over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Beatrice began their career in 1994 as a Senior Research Scientist at Pfizer. In 1998, they moved to Amgen where they held progressive roles in R&D, R&D Operations and Finance, culminating in a Director position. In 2011, they became a Council Member for the Council for Accelerated Medical Research at the Myelin Repair Foundation. In 2017, they joined PPD as a Senior Director, and in 2018, they joined Simcha Therapeutics as Chief Operating Officer. In 2018, they were also appointed Executive Vice President of Operations & Finance, where they were accountable for all aspects of the company, including G&A, Corporate Strategy and R&D, and manufacturing, preclinical & clinical development, regulatory and quality. Beatrice also held a General Manager position for 3 months from September to December 2018. In 2021, they joined Chief as a Member. In 2006, they founded Beatrice Perotti, Inc., where they serve as President.
