Andrew Hanlin

Andrew Hanlin has a diverse work experience in the field of motion graphics and animation. Andrew started their career as a Freelance Motion Graphics Artist at Make.Media in April 2017, where they were responsible for creating storyboards, scripts, motion graphics, and assets for client videos. Andrew collaborated closely with the producer and director.

In June 2017, they worked as a Freelance Motion Graphics Artist at Simcoach Games, focusing on motion graphics and asset creation for instructional videos.

In March-April 2017, Andrew worked as a Motion Graphics Animator at Intelligent Design Collaborative, where they created motion graphics assets and animations for videos. Andrew also provided office assistance, including social media updates and advertising.

From November 2016 to January 2017, they worked as a Motion Graphics Artist at Animal Inc, conceptualizing, editing, and animating shorts for various clients on a freelance basis.

Prior to that, from February to September 2016, Andrew worked as a Digital Photographer at Smail Auto Group. Andrew was responsible for photography, editing, and cataloging of new and used car inventory. Andrew provided photos for staff, multimedia outlets, and special events, demonstrating knowledge of composition, lighting, photography equipment, and editing techniques.

In September-October 2015, they worked as a Freelance Motion Graphics Artist at Production Masters Incorporated, where they created short Instagram-style videos with motion graphics and designed lower-thirds animations and logo animations for clients.

Lastly, in January-May 2015, Andrew worked at Toonseum as an Animator, Production Asset Designer, and Storyboard Artist.

Andrew Hanlin obtained a Bachelor's degree in Animation, Interactive Technology, Video Graphics, and Special Effects from Point Park University from 2012 to 2015. Andrew also earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Animation and VFX from the same institution during the same period. Andrew Hanlin also holds a Basic Military Training Course certification from the United States Air Force, which they obtained in January 2001.
