Matias Nicomedes Shrm-Cp, Shrbp

Matias Nicomedes, SHRM-CP, sHRBP has extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles. Matias currently serves as the Human Resources Director at SIMCOM Aviation Training. Prior to this, Matias worked as an HR Business Partner at Flexjet from 2015 to 2019. Matias also worked at Brookdale as a Business Office Manager from 2013 to 2015 and at Aspen Valley Hospital as an HR Assistant & Payroll Specialist from 2010 to 2013. Matias started their career as an Accountant at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. from 2007 to 2010.

Matias Nicomedes obtained a SHRM-CP certification from the Society of Human Resources Management between the years 2016 and 2023. In addition, they received a sHRBP certification from the Human Capital Institute from 2018 to 2020. Prior to these certifications, Matias earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from an undisclosed higher education institution between 2000 and 2004.
