Louise Hove Tang-Jensen

Louise Hove Tang-Jensen currently serves as Associate VP and Global Head of People & Culture Development at SimCorp since August 2023. Prior to this role, Louise held various senior positions at LEO Pharma from May 2018 to August 2023, including Global Head of People and Organizational Development, where responsibilities encompassed global Diversity & Inclusion, organizational reviews, and leader development. Louise's early career features experience as a qualitative research assistant at Gad’s Research & Reflexions. Louise holds an MSc in Strategy, Organisation and Leadership from Copenhagen Business School, alongside additional degrees in Business Administration, Organizational Communication, and International Business and Politics from the same institution and Harvard University.
