Shadman Sakib Chowdhury is a seasoned IT professional with expertise in Oracle database administration and IT service delivery, currently serving as Lead Oracle Database Administrator at SimCorp since September 2021. Shadman's experience includes providing tier 2/3 operational database support to high-profile clients in Europe and North America, successfully executing data center migration projects, and optimizing database environments for performance and stability. Prior to SimCorp, Shadman held various positions at bKash Limited focusing on maintaining and upgrading production databases, and at IBM, where responsibilities included managing Oracle database installations and ensuring disaster recovery. A graduate of Islamic University of Technology with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science & Engineering, Shadman has demonstrated a strong ability to automate processes and improve database performance through strategic planning and execution.
