Tobias Sheppard

Tobias Sheppard currently serves as the Global Head of Rewards (Senior Director) at SimCorp since August 2023, after previously holding the position of Global Head of Rewards (Director). Prior to joining SimCorp, Tobias spent over eleven years at Mercer, starting as a Consultant and progressing to Principal Consultant, where contributions included team expansion, project management for job evaluation, and involvement in the Saudi Arabia Vision 2030 initiatives. Earlier professional experiences include a role as a Caseworker at the Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority and English teaching in Korea. Tobias holds a Master of Arts in Conflict, Security and Development from King's College London and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Royal Holloway, University of London.
