James Staltari

James Staltari currently serves as the General Manager of Digital Transformation at Sime Darby Industrial Sdn Bhd, leading digital initiatives in the heavy equipment sector. Prior to this role, James was an Independent Consultant focused on digital strategy and transformation. At Virgin Australia, James held the position of General Manager for Digital and Direct, where responsibilities included leading a team to enhance multi-channel digital experiences. James has extensive experience in digital banking from positions at Westpac Group, including Head of Digital Sales & Transformation and Head of Consumer Digital, and has played a key role in developing market-leading online share trading platforms at BT Financial Group and Westpac. Education includes an Executive Development Program at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia.
