Hafiz Noor has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Hafiz has held positions in companies such as Sime Darby Plantation, Sime Darby Property, UEM Edgenta Berhad, Sime Darby Berhad, FedEx Express, and Qinetics Solutions Berhad.

At Sime Darby Plantation, they served as the Head of Brand Communications, responsible for managing the company's corporate branding and related activities.

Prior to that, at Sime Darby Property, they held the position of Head of Group Corporate Communications, overseeing the corporate communications function for the organization.

At UEM Edgenta Berhad, Hafiz Noor was the Head of Corporate Communications, leading a team in managing media relations, PR, stakeholder relations, reputation management, corporate responsibility, and other related functions.

During their time at Sime Darby Berhad, they served as the Head of Internal Communications, ensuring effective communication with the company's employees across multiple countries and territories. Hafiz also worked as a Corporate Assurance Executive, where they performed internal audits and business analysis in various segments.

Hafiz Noor started their education journey in 2000, attending Universiti Tenaga Nasional, where they pursued a Diploma in Information Technology. Hafiz specialized in Web/Multimedia Management and completed their studies in 2003. Following their diploma, Hafiz enrolled at the University of Tasmania in 2003 and successfully completed a Bachelor of Information Systems degree with a focus on Electronic Commerce/MIS in 2004.

In addition to their formal education, Hafiz Noor obtained two certifications in July 2022. Hafiz completed a course on Cybersecurity at Work from LinkedIn and also obtained a certification in "How to Be Both Assertive and Likable" from the same platform.
