Norhazela Shahbudin

Norhazela Shahbudin has a work experience that spans over 14 years. Norhazela started their career as an Agronomist at Felda Global Ventures Holdings Berhad in 2006, where they focused on applying science to increase the availability of oil palm and provided advisory visits to enhance palm health in Felda plantations. In 2010, they joined Sime Darby Plantation as a Senior Agronomist, responsible for conducting oil palm agronomic research and trials to improve agricultural practices. Recently, they have been promoted to the position of Chief Agronomist at Sime Darby Plantation.

Norhazela Shahbudin completed their Bachelor's degree in the Science of Biology from Universiti Sains Malaysia between 2002 and 2005. Prior to that, they attended Kolej Matrikulasi Penang in 2001 to study Science. In 1999 and 2000, they attended MRSM Kuantan to pursue studies in Science as well.
