Norliana Shani is currently working as a Manager, Talent Management at Sime Darby Plantation. With a strong background in talent management and succession planning, Norliana has also held positions at companies such as MISC Berhad Official, PLUS Malaysia, Aon, and Accenture, focusing on areas such as leadership development, change management, and rewards & performance. Norliana has a Master's degree in Environmental Management and a Bachelor's degree in Science & Technology Studies from Universiti Malaya. Norliana has also served in various leadership roles at AIESEC and Cue Blocks Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
