Wijaya Wardhana has a diverse work experience in various industries. Wijaya began their career as a Mechanical Services provider at Solar Turbines, where they worked on projects for oil and gas companies. Wijaya then joined PT. Colliers International Indonesia as a Supervisor for Facility Management, overseeing the maintenance and projects for Citibank and Citifinancial branches. Wijaya also worked at Dow AgroSciences, where they were a Production Technician Technologist responsible for ensuring production targets and implementing health and safety protocols. Wijaya later joined PT.PP.London Sumatra Indonesia,Tbk as a Mill Assistant, where they worked on environmental, health, safety, and quality control aspects of palm oil production. Wijaya then moved to PT. Gama Plantation, where they held various roles such as Mill Manager and Maintenance Engineer. Currently, they are working at Sime Darby Plantation as a Chief Engineer, overseeing the management and operations of mills, leading initiatives in process, quality, safety, and environment.

Wijaya Wardhana began their education journey by attending Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) from 2000 to 2003, where they pursued a Diploma 3 in Mechanical Engineering. After a brief gap, they then joined Universitas Harapan Medan in 2006 and completed their S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Wijaya Wardhana has also acquired several certifications. In November 2019, they attended management seminars conducted by Sime Darby Plantation. Subsequently, in April 2021, they obtained a certification in Problem Solving & Decision Making from DDI | Development Dimensions International. Finally, in December 2021, they received a Gold Medals Opexcon certification from SHIFT Indonesia - OPEXCON.
