Eliza Che Malik has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Eliza started their career at Telekom Malaysia as an Assistant General Manager, where they were responsible for human capital planning in the Group Human Resource department. Eliza later moved to RHB Bank as Vice President, Strategy & Manpower Management, overseeing functions such as manpower planning, recruitment, performance management, and rewards management. Eliza then joined TIME dotCom Berhad as Head of Talent Engagement, Development & Performance, where they managed the learning and development, performance, and talent planning portfolio. Eliza also played a crucial role in revamping their performance management system.
