Suresh Babu

Suresh Babu has a strong work experience in the IT field. Suresh is currently the Head of Enterprise Architecture and Cyber Security at Sime Darby Property since July 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager of PMO at Asia Pulp & Paper from June 2018 to June 2019. Suresh also held the position of Manager of Downstream IT, Systems and Services at Sime Darby Plantation from October 2017 to June 2018. Before that, Suresh worked as an AVP1 at Sime Darby from January 2010 to October 2017, where they managed large projects and was responsible for the refresh of 17,000 PCs across the Sime Darby group. Suresh started their career as an IT Manager at Hudson & Knight Sime Darby from January 2006 to December 2009, where they implemented and managed the IT infrastructure for a newly acquired refinery. Suresh also worked as a Senior Executive of IT at Golden Hope Plantations Berhad from November 2002 to 2005.

Suresh Babu completed their education at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. Suresh earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from 1996 to 2000. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from 2000 to 2002 at the same institution.
