Vanessa Benavides

Vanessa Benavides has a range of work experience in the human resources field. Vanessa is currently working as an HR Manager at Simeio Solutions since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at McKinsey & Company from June 2021 to May 2022.

Before their current roles, Vanessa worked at FIFCO where they held various positions. From January 2018 to December 2020, they were an Executivo de Desarrollo y Sucesión, responsible for designing corporate training processes to develop leadership skills aligned with the organization's culture goals. Vanessa was also part of the team that supported the development of e-learning courses in Shift and Vyond platforms.

From April 2016 to January 2018, Vanessa held the role of Ejecutivo Talento para Cerveza & BAS, responsible for areas of Manufacturing and Commercial departments. Vanessa'sresponsibilities included supporting plant restructuring, participating in the development of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), and hiring 50% of plant managers. Vanessa also served as a contact point and instructor for sales courses shared with commercial partner Heineken.

Previously, from February 2012 to April 2016, Vanessa worked as an Ejecutivo de Desarrollo at FIFCO. Vanessa also served as a Business Partner Cadena de Abastecimiento from November 2009 to February 2012 and as a Business Partner Planta Cristal from October 2006 to November 2009.

Vanessa's early career includes work at Intel Corporation. From October 2004 to September 2006, they were an Especialista en Beneficios, responsible for managing benefits for Intel Costa Rica and the stock program for Latin America. Vanessa also analyzed health insurance providers and managed customer service. Additionally, Vanessa held the role of Human Resources Business Partner from July 1997 to October 2004.
