Luisa Fernanda Farfán has extensive experience in organizational effectiveness and development, currently serving as the Lead in Organizational Effectiveness and Development and Sr People Business Partner at Simetrik since September 2021. Prior to this role, Luisa held positions at Seguros Bolívar S.A. from August 2019 to September 2021, including Organizational Development Specialist and Training and Development Coordinator. Luisa's earlier experience includes various roles at Nielsen, spanning from December 2014 to August 2019, including Sr HRBP Comercial Colombia, Talent Engagement & Development Executive, and Jr Analyst Talent Acquisition. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Evaluation of Selection Processes and Talent Management from Universidad El Bosque in 2015, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same institution, completed in 2015.
