Rahul Araj

Rahul Araj has a diverse work experience in quality assurance and data analysis roles. Rahul began their career at Unique Cooling Tower - India as a Quality Control Analyst, where they inspected and maintained quality standards in manufacturing chilling towers. Rahul then joined Zycus as a Senior Quality Analyst, where they conducted quality checks, performed end-to-end UAT testing, and created SLA/OLA best practices documents. At GEP Worldwide, Rahul held multiple roles, including Senior Quality Consultant, Quality Lead, and Associate Project Lead. In these positions, they led QA teams, conducted quality audits, and defined project plans and deliverables. Currently, Rahul is working at Simfoni as a Spend Data Specialist, focusing on spend data analysis, report generation, and identifying sourcing opportunities aligned with category strategies.

Rahul Araj has a diverse educational background. Rahul obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the University of Mumbai, which they completed in 2011. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Science degree in Biotechnology at V G Vaze Kelkar College of Science (Mulund) from 2006 to 2008. In 2006, they also obtained a Bachelor's degree from V G Vaze Kelkar College of Science (Mulund).

In addition to their formal education, Rahul Araj has also pursued various certifications to enhance their professional skills. Rahul obtained the Operations Management Foundations certification from LinkedIn in November 2022 and became an Agile Scrum Master and Lead QMS Auditor through Udemy in September 2022. In June 2022, they completed a certification on POWER BI-Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Microsoft Power BI from SkillUp Online. Looking further back, in January 2020, they obtained the Project Management Foundation-Quality certification and the Six Sigma Black Belt Certification - Level I from PMI. Finally, in August 2017, Rahul Araj obtained the LEAN SIX SIGMA GREEN BELT certification from the Asian Institute of Quality Management.
