Rekha Subramaniam

Rekha Subramaniam has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry. Rekha started their career in 1995 as a Programmer Analyst at Modi Xerox, providing support to regional offices using the in-house developed applications. Rekha then joined Ramco Systems in 1997, taking on roles such as Senior Project Manager - Customer Support - Ramco Enterprise Series, Project Manager - Customer Support - Ramco Enterprise Series, Associate Project Manager (Senior Systems Analyst) - Customer Support - Ramco e.Applications, Team Lead (Systems Analyst) - Customer Support - Ramco e.Applications - Financials, Analyst Programmer - Customer Support - Ramco e.Applications - Financials, and Programmer - Customer Support - Ramco e.Applications - Financials. In 2015, they were promoted to Senior Project Manager - Implementation Support - Ramco Enterprise Series. In 2021, they moved to Xeeva, Inc. as a Senior Launch Manager. Currently, they are working as a Senior Launch Manager at Simfoni.

Rekha Subramaniam completed their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Bharathidasan University in 1994. Rekha also obtained additional certifications from KPMG India, including an Introduction to CMMI SVC & Dev Supplement in February 2016 and Standard CMMI Appraisal Method for Process Improvement (SCAMPI) Version 1.3 Class A team training in February 2016.
