Previously, Jim held senior launch roles involving new plant launches for BMW and Volvo and has extensive experience in industrial engineering and manufacturing management at companies such as Volvo Cars and Johnson Controls. Jim's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Kettering University and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Colorado State University.
