Barak Pomeranice

Barak Pomeranice has extensive work experience in corporate development and legal roles. Barak is currently working as the VP Corporate Development at Similarweb. Prior to that, they served as a Corporate Development Advisor at Cobwebs Technologies. From 2018 to 2022, Barak held the position of Director of Corporate Development at NICE Ltd. Earlier in their career, they worked at Goldfarb Seligman as an Associate in the Corporate and Technology Department, where they specialized in venture capital, private equity, M&A, corporate governance, and intellectual property matters. Barak also completed a legal internship in the same department. Before starting their corporate career, Barak served as a Lieutenant Commander in the Israeli Navy from 2002 to 2008.
