Yael Borochovitz

Yael Borochovitz has extensive experience in various HR roles and research positions. Yael currently works at Similarweb as a Global Compensation and Benefits Analyst since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Wix.com as a Global Compensation & Benefits Analyst from August 2022 to January 2023. Yael has also held positions at the University of Haifa as a Research Assistant from 2020 to 2022, the Israel Defense Forces- Behavioral Science Research Institute as a Human Resources Analyst from 2020 to 2022, Tel Aviv University as a Practitioner & Teaching Assistant from 2020 to 2022, and Ruppin Academic Center as a Research Assistant from 2019 to 2020. Yael also has experience as a Training and Education Manager at Tzameret, a Learning and Development Solution Manager, an Instructor and Lessons Developer at The Palmach Museum, and various roles in the IDF including Learning Developer, Platoon Commander, and Company Commander.

Yael Borochovitz obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Sociology from Tel Aviv University, which they pursued from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology and Anthropology & Educational Systems Management at Bar-Ilan University, where they studied from 2015 to 2017. Yael also holds a certification in "Human Resources: Compensation and Benefits" from LinkedIn, which they earned in July 2022.
