Yael Klass

Yael Klass has extensive work experience in the field of marketing and communications. Yael is currently an Official Member and Strategic Influencer at Forbes Communications Council, starting in January 2022. Prior to this, Yael held various leadership roles at Similarweb, including Vice President of Corporate Marketing (since July 2020), Senior Managing Director of Global Content and Social Media (September 2021 - July 2022), and Director of Global Content and Social Media (September 2020 - September 2021).

Before their tenure at Similarweb, Yael served as the Head of Content and Social Media at Promo.com from October 2017 to September 2020. Yael also worked at Wix.com, where they held positions such as Creative Content and Partnerships (May 2016 - October 2017), Team Manager for Blogs, Social Media, and Community (August 2015 - May 2016), and Blogs, Social Media, and Community Manager (November 2014 - August 2015).

Yael's earlier experience includes being the Head of Marketing and Outreach for Masa Programs at Tlalim Group/Authentic Israel from November 2012 to November 2014. Yael also worked as a Media Specialist and Voiceover Artist at Wochit from August 2012 to March 2013, and as an Educational Designer at The Jewish Education Project from August 2011 to July 2012.

Furthermore, Yael has gained valuable experience as a Senior Writer and Lead Trainer at TBLSuccess from August 2008 to October 2011. Yael also worked as a Research Fellow at the Dorot Foundation from July 2010 to June 2011, focusing on special projects related to educational programming and cultural initiatives. Additionally, Yael served as a Communications Assistant at the United Nations Sustainable Development Group from September 2009 to May 2010.

Yael Klass has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Drama and Applied Arts from New York University. Additionally, Yael has a Graduate Certificate in Community Art and Social Creativity from Shenkar - Engineering. Design. Art. Yael also holds a Graduate Certificate in The Hemispheric Institute from NYU Tisch Art and Public Policy. In 2009, Yael completed a Certificate of Completion from The Woodhull Institute for Ethical Leadership.
