Tracey Pelton has extensive experience in business development and marketing. Tracey currently holds the position of Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at PROCON, Inc., where they set the strategic direction by fostering relationships with stakeholders and delivers exceptional client relations, branding, and public relations. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Director of Business Development and Marketing for Stebbins Companies, PROCON, XSS Hotels, and Monarch Communities. Tracey also held the role of Director of Marketing at ClickSafety.com/Ascend Learning, where they were responsible for establishing marketing strategies and implementing operational metrics. Tracey also worked as the Business Development and Marketing Director at Tracey Curl, Inc. and the Business Development Director at Pirtle Construction Company, where they successfully built relationships with key clients and won over $350 million in new business. Tracey began their career as the Marketing Manager at Suffolk Construction Company, Inc., where they established and managed the marketing department for the company's Southeast operations.
Tracey Pelton attended Weston High School in Weston, MA from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Tracey then pursued their higher education at Eckerd College from 1996 to 2000, majoring in Business Management and International Marketing with a minor in Sociology. During their time at Eckerd College, they conducted a double major in Marketing and Business Management. In 1999, Tracey also attended Bond University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in International Marketing.
Tracey Pelton further enhanced their skills and knowledge by obtaining additional certifications. In 2012, they completed the CPR and AED Interactive course offered by the American College of Emergency Physicians and Emergency Care & Safety Institute (ECSI). Additionally, in 1999, Tracey obtained certification as an Advanced Open Water Diver in SCUBA from PADI.
In 2021, Tracey Pelton pursued professional development by enrolling in the Hero's Journey 21st Leadership Course at Darren Hardy, LLC. The course focused on 21st Century Leadership and aimed at equipping participants with the skills necessary to become modern leaders.
