Paul Glaser

Paul Glaser has a long and varied work experience. Paul started in 2004 as a Project Engineer for Sulzer Euroflamm US Inc, where they led teams to design and implement new automotive parts from concept to production ready. In 2007, they joined BASF as a Production Engineer, where they developed and implemented process improvements to improve capacity and reduce costs. In 2010, they became a Senior Manager of Restaurant Strategies at KFC US, where they led a team of operations managers & industrial engineers to transform restaurant operations. In 2017, they started Kitchen Simp LLC, a consulting service that focused on improving restaurant design and efficiency using data analysis and Simio Virtual Restaurant simulations. In the same year, they joined Humana as a Strategy Advancement Lead, leading the strategy development & execution process for the Resolution Team. Currently, they are the Director of Consulting Services and Software Delivery Manager at Simio Software, leading project teams of 2 engineers and customer stakeholders to deliver Simio Digital Twin scheduling solutions on-time and on-budget.

Paul Glaser obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University between 1999 and 2003. Paul then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University Southeast between 2008 and 2009. In March 2017, they obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) certification from ASQ - World Headquarters.
