Christine has over 20 years of experience leading medium to large teams in the areas of Risk Management, Operations, Controls, Process Re-engineering and Data Management, she has worked across emerging markets for various commercial and investment banks, Christine has built diverse teams of individuals, fostered a feeling of mutual commitment and vision, which she believes is the foundation for delivering success.

Whether it was building a complex global team designed to address a multitude of sensitive regulatory requirements enforced on banks since 2011 or being flexible and adaptable during the teams norming stage, Christine has seen the powerful benefits when organisations focus on coaching talented people to achieve their goals.

Today as a trainer and facilitator for Simitri, Christine works with senior managers and teams to enhance communication skills, leadership development, team building, and personal effectiveness. She has a passion for leadership and has mentored and coached many people during her career.
