Ashley Lovercheck

Ashley Lovercheck, CPA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in external reporting and corporate accounting. Currently serving as the Director of External Reporting at Simmons Bank since November 2022, Ashley previously held the role of Sr Director of Finance and Reporting at America's CAR-MART, Inc. from August 2021 to October 2022, and prior to that, served as an SEC Accountant at Simmons Bank. With a strong background in managing teams and financial reporting processes, Ashley has also held positions such as Staff Manager of External Reporting and Corporate Accounting at Windstream Communications, and Assistant Controller and Financial Reporting Manager at America's CAR-MART, Inc. Starting the career as an Auditor at FROST, PLLC, Ashley holds a Master of Accountancy degree from the University of Central Arkansas.
