Franklin Shirrell

Franklin Shirrell currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Retail Officer at Simmons Bank, a role focused on leading retail banking efforts, enhancing sales, customer experience, and branch strategy since 2018. Prior to this position, Franklin held the title of Executive Leader and Strategic Advisor at JFS Strategic Advisors, LLC, from July 2017 to May 2018, providing strategic guidance in various areas such as performance optimization, risk management, and exit strategy. Earlier in a distinguished career at Regions Bank, Franklin served as an Executive Leader in Commercial Banking from 1995 to 2017. Franklin is an alumnus of the Halftime Institute and holds a BSBA in Finance and Banking from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, as well as recent training from the Professional Christian Coaching Institute.
