Nichole Warren

Nichole Warren has a diverse work experience in the field of auditing and assurance. Nichole began their career as an Assurance Intern at HORNE LLP in June 2008 and later worked as an Assurance Associate and Assurance Senior Associate. Nichole then progressed to the roles of Assurance Supervisor and Assurance Manager. In 2014, Nichole joined First South Bank as AVP-Internal Auditor, Assistant BSA Officer, and Compliance Committee Chair. Their responsibilities included internal auditing and compliance. In 2017, they moved to Simmons Bank where they held the position of Internal Audit Manager/AVP and later became the Director of Internal Audit. Their work at Simmons Bank focused on managing internal auditing operations.

Nichole Warren holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of Tennessee at Martin. Nichole has also obtained the CPA certification from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
