Rich Trease

Rich Trease is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in commercial banking and business development. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Commercial Banker at Simmons Bank since July 2021, Rich focuses on building long-term relationships with middle market companies in Kansas, delivering tailored financial solutions. Previous roles include Senior Vice President at UMB Bank and Wells Fargo, along with significant leadership positions such as President of the Board of Trustees at Wichita Children's Home. Rich's earlier career includes senior positions at GE Capital, Koch Financial Corporation, and INTRUST Bank. Rich holds a Bachelor of Science in Business degree with a focus on Finance and Accounting from Emporia State University. Currently, Rich is also a Board Member for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
