Phillip Bond

Phillip Bond is currently a trustee at Simmons College of Kentucky. Phillip has also worked as a consultant at Camelot Consulting LLC and as an operations sergeant major in the US Army.

Phillip Bond enlisted in the Army in September 1985. Phillip served as a team chief in Uzbekistan, and their last assignment was as a platoon sergeant with the 2-8 Cav 1CD at Fort Hood, TX. Phillip retired from the Army in November 2005.

Phillip Bond has a Doctor of Education from Grand Canyon University in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Organizational Development and Sustainability. Phillip also has a Six Sigma - Green Belt from Villanova University and a MS in Human Resource Education from the University of Louisville. Phillip is also a Certified Myers Briggs Practitioner from the University of Louisville.
