Jaime Thieman PHR has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Human Resources at Simmons Foods since March 2014, after progressing through various HR leadership roles within the company. Prior to this, Jaime held a Senior Manager position in Compensation & Total Rewards at Sam's Club from March 2012 to March 2014, and worked at Walmart in several HR capacities, including Senior Human Resources Manager and Campus Recruiter, beginning in October 1996. Jamie's career includes significant roles focused on human resources management, compensation, and HR analytics across notable companies in the pet food and retail industries.
