Gregory Williams is an accomplished angel investor and patent attorney with extensive experience in intellectual property law and business advisory roles. As an angel investor at Eastern Iowa Angel Investors since 1999, Gregory also serves on the Board of Advisors for the University of Iowa Small Business Development Center. A shareholder at Simmons Perrine Moyer Bergman PLC, Gregory leads the intellectual property section and has held the position of Registered Patent Attorney since 1997. Additionally, Gregory served as Acting IP Counsel for Rockwell Collins Inc. in 2009, and was previously Patent Counsel for Rockwell International Corp., managing intellectual property matters for the Collins Commercial Avionics group. Gregory's academic background includes a JD from the University of Iowa College of Law, an MBA from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the University of Iowa.
