James Coleman

James Coleman is a distinguished legal professional currently serving as Partner and Head of Corporate & Commercial in the Middle East at Simmons & Simmons since September 2015. With a robust background in corporate transactions, James specializes in public and private M&A, investment funds, and equity capital markets. Recognized as a leading lawyer by Chambers Global, IFLR 1000, and Legal 500 for expertise in MENA Investment Funds, James is also part of the Simmons & Simmons asset management practice, which earned the Funds & Asset Management Team of the Year accolade at the IFN Law Awards 2016.
