Sybille Kanthak

Sybille Kanthak is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR Germany at Simmons & Simmons since December 2021. Prior to this role, Sybille held various HR positions at Bird & Bird from April 2010 to November 2021, including HR Manager and HR Referentin. Earlier experience includes working as a Corporate Project Manager at PHW Group and completing a diploma thesis on employee surveys at Siemens AG as an HR Graduant. Sybille's career began with HR traineeships at Siemens in China and the USA, complemented by an HR student position in Germany. Sybille holds a diploma in International Management from the University of Erlangen-Nuernberg and a Personal Coach certification from IHK Düsseldorf.
