Peter Church

Peter Church is an experienced leader in human resources and organizational culture. Currently serving as Chief People & Culture Officer at Point32Health since December 2021, Peter fosters a community-driven culture aimed at enhancing the health and well-being of individuals served. In addition to this role, Peter holds the position of Chief People Officer at Simmons University Institute for Inclusive Leadership and serves on the Advisory Board of RAINN, the largest anti-sexual violence organization in the United States. Previous positions include Chief Human Resources Officer at AVANGRID, and various executive roles at UnitedHealth Group, The Hartford, Aetna, and United Technologies. Peter Church earned both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Hartford.
