Kyle Winey

Kyle Winey is a Partner at Simms Showers LLP since March 2017, specializing in business planning, employment issues, commercial transactions, and commercial real estate. Prior to this role, Kyle served as a Senior Associate and Associate Attorney at the same firm, gaining extensive experience in similar areas. As the Founder of Hackiversity, LLC, Kyle developed a suite of products aimed at helping students succeed in the New Economy, including a bestselling book, an internship program, and a podcast. Previous experience includes positions as an Associate Attorney at Surovell Isaacs Petersen & Levy PLC and the 20th Judicial Circuit of Virginia, as well as a financial analyst role at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. Kyle graduated with a Juris Doctor from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Penn State University.
