Alfredo Costa

Alfredo Costa is an experienced Launch Leader at Simoldes Plásticos since October 2018, specializing in plastic parts for the automotive industry. Responsibilities include managing new projects across Poland, Czech Republic, and France, overseeing industrialization, training suppliers, ensuring product validation, and coordinating project transfers. Previously held the role of CAD Designer and Product Engineer at Simoldes Plásticos, where Alfredo focused on product development, 3D and 2D CAD design using CATIA V5, and mold flow analysis. Earlier experience includes serving as a Tool Designer and Engineer at JDD Moldes, contributing to technical development and production support on projects for several automotive brands. Alfredo holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade de Aveiro and participated in an Erasmus study program at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
