Hayley McMullan is an experienced marketing professional with a significant background in the publishing industry. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing & Insight at Simon & Schuster UK since April 2014, McMullan has held various roles including Head of Marketing, Senior Marketing Manager, and Marketing Manager. Prior to this, McMullan worked at ICAEW as a Commercial Marketing Executive, managing marketing activities for CPD training and the economia magazine portfolio. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Marketing Executive at HarperCollins Publishers, where McMullan managed consumer campaigns and brand partnerships. McMullan holds an MA in Children's Literature and a BA in English Literature, both from the University of Reading.
