Kathrin Weiler

Kathrin Weiler currently serves as Global Director of HR Policies, Rewards & Benefits at Simon-Kucher & Partners since May 2021, and has previously held the position of Senior Manager Global HR Operations within the same company. Prior to this, Kathrin Weiler was the Head of Corporate HR / Global HR Director at Learnship from December 2016 to April 2021, and held various roles, including (Senior) Manager Corporate HR & Recruiting. Kathrin's earlier experience includes working at Deutsche Telekom from March 2009 to November 2016, where responsibilities spanned from Senior Consultant HR Marketing focusing on recruitment marketing and employer branding to Junior Consultant HR Marketing managing the Global internships program. Kathrin began a career at T-Mobile as Office Manager / Personal Assistant from July 2006 to March 2009, supporting sales and customer service initiatives. Educationally, Kathrin Weiler attained the degree of Office Communications Manager & Foreign Language Correspondent at Deutsche Telekom AG from 2003 to 2006.
