Portia Jones

Portia Jones, M.A. is an experienced education professional currently serving as the ERG Co-Chair (Black at Simon Kucher) and Campus Recruiter at Simon-Kucher since June 2022. Previous roles include Program Coordinator at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro from January 2018 to June 2022, and Honors Academic Advisor at Hillsborough Community College from April 2015 to December 2017. Portia has contributed to the field through presentations at various conferences, focusing on topics such as diversity in honors, community building through advising, and the impact of socioeconomics on students. Additional experience includes positions at Full Sail University, the University of South Florida, Rollins College, and Seminole State College of Florida in various intern roles. Portia holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from East Carolina University and a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership/Student Personnel from the University of Central Florida.
