Tom C. Cool

Tom C. Cool is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience across various industries and regions. Currently serving as Head of Finance DACH at Simon-Kucher & Partners since December 2022, Tom focuses on building the finance function for the DACH region and has successfully led digital transformation initiatives. Prior to this role, Tom held positions including Director Finance EMEA at CAE, where oversight spanned 34 employees, and Head of Controlling for Eden Springs, managing a multicultural team. Previous experience includes leadership roles in Deutsche Telekom AG and T-Mobile, as well as consulting at BS Allg. Unternehmensberatung. Tom holds degrees in Business Administration from RWTH Aachen University and Environmental Science from the University of Cologne.
