Jennifer Tietz

Jennifer Tietz is an accomplished finance and strategy professional currently serving as Vice President of Finance and Strategy at Simon Pearce since October 2022. In addition to this role, Jennifer is the Founder and Principal of JTWE Consulting LLC, offering specialized services in strategy, project management, organizational health, and executive coaching. Jennifer also contributes to the academic field as a lecturer at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Previous experience includes key positions at Alloy Therapeutics as Chief of Staff, McKinsey & Company as both Learning Manager and Engagement Manager, and significant leadership roles in the US Navy, where Jennifer oversaw extensive training for nuclear operators.
