Helena Moniz

Helena Moniz is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in management and marketing within the retail and office sectors. Currently serving as General Manager at Simon Property Group since August 2014, Helena oversees operations at Canada's first Premium Outlets. Prior to this role, Helena held the position of General Manager at Oxford Properties Group, managing a significant 1.14 million square foot office tower. Helena also has a substantial background at Brookfield Properties as Senior Property Manager for a mixed-use complex and as Manager of Property and Tenant Services for various downtown Toronto office towers.
