Nash Morris

Nash Morris is a seasoned professional in retail real estate, currently serving as Regional Vice President of Leasing for the South Division at Simon Property Group since July 2013. With a strong background in leasing, Morris previously held the position of Director of Leasing at Simon, overseeing global retail properties. Prior to this, Morris was the Leasing Director at DDR Corp., responsible for leasing over 6 million square feet of shopping centers in North Carolina. Additional experience includes serving as a Leasing Executive at Weingarten Realty Investors, where responsibilities included managing leases and developing strategies for over 2 million square feet of shopping centers, and as a Broker at Legacy Real Estate Advisors, focusing on retail landlord and tenant representation. Nash Morris holds a BS in Finance from East Carolina University.
