Rich Kelly

Rich Kelly is a seasoned professional in civil engineering with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Civil Engineering at Simon Property Group since June 2013, Rich previously held the position of Vice President at A&F Engineering Co., LLC from May 2011 to June 2013. Prior to that, Rich was the General Manager at EMH&T, Inc. from December 2000 to May 2011, and held the role of Project Manager at Paul I. Cripe, Inc. from 1995 to 2000. Rich began the career as a Civil Engineer at RQAW Corporation from 1990 to 1995. Rich earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Dayton between 1986 and 1990.
