Walter Fluharty

Walter Fluharty, Psy.D., CEES, SPHR, currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Environmental Health and Safety at Simon Roofing and Sheet Metal Corp since February 2023, where a broad range of commercial roofing solutions are provided. Fluharty has held various leadership positions in Environmental Health and Safety, including Director at Simon Roofing from October 2013, as well as other managerial roles at notable companies such as Saint-Gobain, Roche Molecular Systems, Bayer HealthCare, Shell Oil Company, GOJO Industries, and the International Chemical Workers Union. Fluharty's educational background includes a Doctorate in Organizational Psychology from Southern California University for Professional Studies and a Master's in Safety from Marshall University, along with a Bachelor’s and an Associate’s degree in Industrial Management.
