Jennifer Puumala

Jennifer Puumala's work experience began in 2003 at Jo-Ann Stores, Inc. where they started as a Customer Service Lead & Team Member. Jennifer then became a Keyholder & Seasonal Department Head, overseeing merchandising in seasonal and floral departments. Later, they were promoted to Merchandising Team Leader (Assistant Store Manager) and took on responsibilities such as leading the merchandising team, driving sales, analyzing reports, and managing daily operations. Jennifer joined Simonson's Salon & Spa in 2013 as a Guest Service Representative and was later promoted to Buyer/Merchandiser & Lead GSR Educator.
