Cathy Rooney

Cathy Rooney has extensive work experience in business development and sales management roles. Cathy is currently the Director of Business Solutions for Rapid Workforce at SIMOS Insourcing Solutions, starting in September 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Business Solutions at Staff Management | SMX from January 2020. From August 2018 to January 2020, they worked as the Manager of Business Development at Whelan Security and GardaWorld Federal Services. Before that, they served as a Business Development Manager at Allied Universal from August 2016 to August 2018 and at AlliedBarton Security Services from June 2015 to August 2016. Cathy began their career at Boehringer Ingelheim as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative from August 2004 to October 2009.
