Hiral Randeri currently serves as the Head of New Product Development and CTS at Vedanta Group, where strategic analysis and execution of cutting-edge technology in the copper sector are led to foster marketing and revenue growth. Previously, Hiral was the Deputy Chief Marketing Officer for Sterlite Copper Division at Vedanta, overseeing comprehensive marketing strategies. Experience includes roles at Bajaj Electricals Ltd as Key Account Manager and Area Head for Projects in Illumination and IoT, and positions at Philips Lighting, Schneider Electric, Secutech Automation, Honeywell, and Waaree Group, focusing on B2B sales, customer relationship management, and innovative solutions for building automation and lighting. Hiral holds a B.E. in Electronics from Birla Vishvakarma Mahavidyalaya and an M.B.A. in Marketing with International Finance from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University.
